Shipping & Return Policy

So you want to know more about our Shipping and Return Policy?  You got it.  The first thing you need to know is:

1.  Where we ship – WineHarvest ships only within Florida at this time.  Very soon we will ship throughout the United States in accordance with state laws – so all you wine lovers outside the sunshine state, don’t worry, soon you’ll be able to enjoy the WineHarvest difference, too.

For you lucky Floridians out there, once you decide on the wines you want, the next thing you need to know is:

2.  An adult signature is required for all deliveries – No ifs, ands, or buts.  It’s the law.

Want to know how much shipping will cost?  OK. Let’s talk:

3.  Shipping charges: We try to make enjoying wine as easy as possible. Therefore, we developed a straightforward solution:  A flat rate of $10.95 for every shipment – Unlimited. Simple enough, right?  And what a great deal for hand-selected wines hand-delivered to your door!

Now we understand these days everybody has crazy schedules, so we offer customized:

4.  Delivery Options – Select the shipping option that best meets your needs:

  • Standard: This is the most economical option – and is best for those who’ll be available to sign for packages during the week at home (“residential”) or an office (“business”).
  • Evening (5pm-8pm, Tues-Sat): Are you home mostly in the evenings?  For just $7.49 more, this is the perfect option.  Delivery will be set for Tuesday through Saturday, 5-8 p.m.

Finally, our number one goal is for you to have a great wine experience.  If for any reason you’re not totally happy and excited and thrilled with your shipment, we do have a:

5.  Return Policy – It goes like this: If your shipment was damaged in transit, just let us know. Snap a few photos of the damaged package and email them to us, and we’ll take care of everything else, replacing bottles immediately. If you’re not satisfied in any other way (for example, you think the bottle is “corked”), let us know and we’ll do our best to make it right.
